For exhibitors:

Your participation in the matchmaking event involves a single payment of 95.00 EUR. An additional registration fee of 75.00 EUR per person will be added in case your company wants to attend the event with two or more representatives.
For visitors:

Your participation in the matchmaking event involves a single payment of 100.00 EUR. An additional registration fee of 75.00 EUR per person will be added in case your company wants to attend the event with two or more representatives.

Your participation in the matchmaking event is free of charge.

  • Interpretation services will be available for participants at a price of 75.00 EUR. Please note that this amount will be charged as a global sum for all the days in required.
  • Consultancy services: A special service will be offered at a price of 125.00 EUR to help you optimise your participation. The Coordination Unit will guide you and suggest meetings with other suitable companies registered for the event after analysing your profile and the profiles of other participants in detail. Special offer of 175.00 EUR for companies which order both the interpretation and the consultancy service.

With the submission of your online registration form, you commit yourself to the participation in the international matchmaking event at HANNOVER MESSE 2016 and to the payment of the due inscription fee. Immediately after the submission of your registration form, the data of your company´s cooperation profile will be controlled and confirmed by your local partner organisation as well as by the Central Coordination Unit of the event. Once your cooperation profile has been validated, you will receive an invoice with the due inscription fees. As your data will be processed immediately after your registration, refund will not be possible.

The international matchmaking event at HANNOVER MESSE: Great value for money !

STEP 1:  

Register online at Complete your company profile in detail. After validation by your local partner organisation, your profile will be published in the online catalogue. NB: Your profile has to be completed in ENGLISH. 


After having received your username and password, go to the My b2fair section and book your meetings. The system will indicate the possible meeting slots according to the availibility of both parties. 

STEP 3: 

Once your meetings have been booked, you have the possibility to download your provisional meeting schedule immediately and to import in your personal agenda. 

STEP 4: 

A few days prior to the event, you will receive your provisional appointment schedule by e-mail. At the event, your meeting schedule will be updated regularly. You can ask your updated appointment schedule at any time at the Info Counter. You will also receive your schedule by sms and e-mail. 

STEP 5:  During the event, you will meet your potential business partners at the meeting places indicated in your schedule.





Please note that the business meetings have to be booked by the participating companies via this website. All the registered profiles are checked and validated within 3 working days  after the registration. Once the inscription fee is paid, your profile will be displayed in the ONLINE CATALOGUE.


The registration process for the matchmaking event is very simple. After having completed your registration and payment, your profile will appear in the online catalogue.


From the online catalogue, you can select the companies that you would like to meet. A search engine will help you in finding the right profiles.


You can book your meetings in the My b2fair section of this website. In order to book a new meeting, please click on "Add meeting" and select the company which you would like to meet.


The system will propose different meeting slots according to the availibility of both partcipants.

15 minutes: Break / Preparation time to go to the next meeting


For the exhibitors: the meetings will directly take place on your exhibition booth. On specific request, which can directly be formulated in the registration form, the meetings can also take place in the Matchmaking Area.
For visitors: all the meetings with other visiting companies will take place in the b2fair Matchmaking Area. The business meetings with exhibiting companies will directly be arranged on the respective exhibition booths.


  • In the My b2fair section, you have the possibility to monitor at any time your meetings, to decline meeting requests asked by other participants and to add new meetings. In this section, you can download your provisional meeting schedule as well.
  • A few days prior to the matchmaking event, you will receive your meeting schedule by e-mail.
  • Updates: During the vent, you will receive several updates of your meeting schedule at the  Information Counter as well as by e-mail and sms.


The matchmaking event will take place at the Hannover Exhibition Ground between 25th and 29th April 2016.
